Wink & Tell · Liz Tullo
Construction marketing
My current role at Munger Construction spans project storytelling, website content, email, social media, video and events. This case study presents selected work from that ongoing role, along with a separate brochure I created for Industrial Building Systems.
Project overview
Explain the work behind the build.
Ongoing role: Munger Construction · Separate project: Industrial Building Systems
Challenge
A finished building shows the result. Prospective clients also need to understand the client’s goals, the constraints and the decisions behind it.
Approach
I interview the project team, verify the details and organize each account around the client’s need, the work completed and the outcome. I then adapt it for the website and other channels when useful.
My role
As marketing manager, I lead planning and production across these channels. I write and design the success stories, build their pages and publish them. The Industrial Building Systems brochure shown below was a separate project.
Execution
The samples include published project stories, campaign materials and event photography, plus the separate 16-page brochure.
What the work shows
Project interviews provide material for several formats. Each piece still needs to make sense on its own.
Current role · Published work
Construction success stories.
Serve & Smash, Crumbl Cookies and Extra Space Storage show how I present different building types and client needs.

Cross-channel materials
Campaigns, email and print.
I adapt project content for social ads, email and print, with the audience and format in mind. See the separate Industrial Building Systems brochure (PDF)

Field marketing & events
Exhibits and project events.
I prepare materials and represent Munger at industry events. These photos show exhibits and a groundbreaking.
