Project overview

Marketing across local pharmacy locations.

Retail pharmacy · integrated campaigns · community engagement

The setting

Good Day served multiple Colorado communities through retail locations, partner pharmacies and clinical services. Each campaign had to work across the network while staying relevant to local customers.

My contribution

I developed monthly themes and creative, coordinated signage, email and social promotions, and helped shape identities for partner pharmacies. I also worked with a four-person team to brand, create and launch the Good Day Breast Care Center.

The process

I focused each campaign on a practical customer benefit: one monthly pickup for medication synchronization, easier refills through the app, and education and access for breast care services.

Documented results from 2015

My original portfolio reports that the Breast Care Center served more than 100 patients within six months of launch. It also records $70,000 in flu-shot retail revenue for a two-person marketing team from August through October 2015, and a 46.8% open rate on a flu coupon email, compared with an 18.8% industry benchmark cited at the time.

These are historical team and campaign results from my 2015 portfolio. The figures do not isolate my individual contribution; the email benchmark is from that period.

Beyond the campaign

I also built a customer feedback form in WordPress using HTML and helped develop an online store for customers unable to visit in person.
